- Manage team of test analysts
- Manage defect tracking and reporting processes
- Prioritize test cases based on requirements and deadlines
- Create master test plan to adhere to technical specifications
and requirements
- Determine and oversee test and data strategies
- Manage the test environment
- Work with project manager to resolve issues
- Review Test Results and report findings to management
in the form of metrics and statistics.
- Test automation experience a plus, especially with Mercury
WinRunner and TestDirector
- Version Control and Configuration Management experience
a plus.
- Education:
o B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
work experience.
- Specific Skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong analytical skills
o Project Management skills a plus
