- Define, develop, and implement risk management solutions
and processes
- Assist customers in deploying and using risk management
processes and products
- Education:
o Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering,
or a related field; an advanced degree is strongly desirable
- Specific Skills:
o Excellent customer service skills (face-to-face and phone)
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both
orally and in writing.
o High energy, organized, and detail-oriented
o Excellent analytical and logic skills
o Willing to work full-time during core business hours (8
am - 5 pm)
o Willing to travel locally and overnight
o Proof of US Citizenship or authorization to work in the
US
- Experience Requirements (at least one of the following):
o Minimum 3 years Product, Technical, or Management Consulting/Support
o Minimum 3 years Software Risk Management
o Minimum 5 years Project Management or Software Engineering
Management
- Desired Additional Experience:
o Working knowledge and experience in risk management systems
and tools
o Working knowledge and experience with SW-CMM and CMMI
SE/SW/IPPD
o Experience in conducting classroom training, workshops,
group facilitation, and client presentations
