• Develop/execute load testing scenarios and business transactions.
• Monitor performance of various system/application components to record, report metrics and recommend improvements
• Perform test data analysis including finding, modifying, and creating test data
• Review system/business requirements and technical specifications for adherence to standards.
• Review test results for compliance to specifications and report discrepancies to management.
• Work with developers to resolve performance issues.
• Perform client interviews on technical, procedural, and business topics
• Work closely with the internal sales force to provide assistance in responding to RFP's, client discovery sessions, and sales presentations regarding performance testing
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Education:
  o B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Specific Skills
  o Expert in the strategic and tactical execution of performance testing processes utilizing various tools, chiefly LoadRunner from o Mercury Interactive
  o Ability to consider problems from various points of view
  o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  o Strong analytical skills
