Stuart J. H. Hill - President
Stuart Hill, founding principal with First Line Partners,
is a senior consultant with 28 years of consulting, operations,
and program management experience in the federal and private
sectors. He utilizes keen analyses and insights and a team
approach to drive organizational improvements and the implementation
of best practices.
Prior to founding First Line Partners, Mr. Hill was Executive
Vice President with SI International, responsible for the
operations and growth of the Enterprise Consulting Division;
and the President of Noblestar Federal Systems, Inc.- responsible
for its acquisition by SI International; and a Senior Principal
in the National Management Consulting Group with Cap Gemini
America. With an M.S. in Information Management from George
Washington University and a B.A. from Boston University, he
has written and conducted numerous courses in his areas of
specialty.
Mr. Hill has structured and managed numerous large scale
and nationwide deployments, and is skilled in the complete
life cycle of major systems acquisition. Related functional
skills include requirements definition, cost benefits analysis,
strategic business planning, solicitation development, benchmarking,
evaluation services, deployment planning, and systems migration.
Mr. Hill has implemented corporate wide improvements in on-line
training systems and performance assessment leading to business
process improvement. He is well versed in bringing organizations
into compliance with the SEI Capability Maturity Model.

Bruce Grant
Bruce Grant is a Principal and Co-Founder of The Estes Group. He is a senior information technology management consulting executive with extensive experience in the financial, technology, and professional services industries. Mr. Grant began his career as a consultant to numerous Fortune 1000 corporations, most notably as Director of Advanced Technologies - Cap Gemini America from 1983-85 and President and co-owner of The RSI Group from 1985-1999. As a management consultant, Mr. Grant has focused on client needs regarding information technology, marketing, and general management. He has served as a consultant and advisor to dozens of organizations and corporations including such firms as Verizon, Merrill Lynch, IBM and the NASD.
Prior to founding the Estes Group, Mr. Grant served as a management
consultant focused on outsourcing of technology and services.
He speaks frequently on technology and business issues, has
taught technology and business development related courses,
and acts as a strategic advisor on outsourcing, technology
marketing, and negotiation.
Alex Azan
Mr. Azan is a senior QA/QC professional with over twenty
years of experience leading organizations in successfully and
firmly establishing superior software development, software
testing and test life-cycle automation programs. Mr. Azan has
an exceptional reputation for architecting, constructing and
deploying automated software testing frameworks delivered to
exacting R&D professional standards and which greatly facilitate
and accelerate test automation projects. He consistently contributes
to realizing software testing practices and methodologies that
transform software development and systems validation liabilities
into valuable corporate assets and which significantly enhance
project success factors.
Mr. Azan has repeatedly designed, developed, refined, and
applied the essential professional disciplines, methodologies
and processes required to institutionalize World-Class QA/QC
practices and deliver exceptional automated testing systems
frameworks. Well versed in a multitude of quality related
standards and guidelines such as: ANSI/ASQC, SEI, CMM, TMM,
TQM, IEEE, ISO, GxP, 12 CFR Part 11, Rational Unified Process,
SixSigma and many others.
Rogers Hellman
Mr. Hellman is a senior quality assurance specialist
with over 20 years in the field. His experience ranges from
load test scripting to managing teams of quality assurance specialists.
He is also a hands-on technical specialist able to delve into
the nuances of test automation and at the same time, deal with
the management of process improvement consulting engagements.
Most recently, Mr. Hellman was Executive President, Technology
Division of New Health Sciences, Inc. Prior to that, he was
Senior Vice President/CTO of Crosswalk.com, where he transitioned
their operations from NT based servers and SQLserver to UNIX
based systems and ORACLE. Failure rates dropped from 50 per
day to 1 failure per month (or less). From 1996-1999, Mr.
Hellman was Vice President of Development Support for America
OnLine/AOL in Dulles, VA. There, he led a staff of approximately
50 people, managing software compiles, source code control,
training, technical writing, internal website development
and various activities supporting client and host programming
efforts at AOL. Between 1993-1996, Mr. Hellman was Director
of Software Development for Transaction Information Systems
in Manhattan, NY, developing Web based solutions for a number
of TIS clients, typically Wall Street customers.
